Follow at your will. I just need a place to make entries and document my workouts for the day. It would also be nice to have a place to motivate myself whenever I'm short on motivation.

I'm a female, currently a senior in college and after graduation next year, I plan on joining the Army. My goals are to lose my excess fat and build my endurance for running in order to pass the PT test. I am doing this the healthy way, so there will be no pictures of skin-thin chicks or tips for unhealthy eating. I eat roughly around 1500 net calories per day, sometimes more.

I workout often, but before recently, my diet hasn't been the healthiest so I plan on making changes gradually. (It also doesn't help that I'm on a campus with limited choices for healthy foods, but I'm doing the best I can).
